Steam client update released

Updates to the Steam Client have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Steam Client
-Fixed occasional hang on startup
-Fixed IP address sorting order in the serverbrowser
-Improved favorites list responsiveness when manipulating very large lists
-Fixed server pings being too high if you ran Steam for more than a day
-Fixed sometimes losing favorites when they were added in game
-Fixed guest pass column showing in the media/tools page incorrectly
