I recently had some hands on time with The Elder Scrolls IV: The Shivering Isles, the soon to be released full PC and Xbox 360 expansion pack for Bethesda's The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion that promises to add some 30 hours of gameplay set in a world one fourth the size of the main Oblivion game.
