Tories consider action on violent videogames
Source: GamesIndustry
___________ Cameron's "mini-manifesto" to look at the "context in which people are growing up" Conservative Party leader David Cameron is due to unveil a mini-manifesto shortly which will include dealing with violent videogames as a part of his approach to dealing with crime. Speaking to the BBC, Cameron outlined a number of changes needed to address the "broader" issues on crime, rather than the "one-dimensional" approach he said is being taken by the current Labour government. "We are never going to deal with crime unless we look at the broader context and say 'Yes, tough laws, strong action on police, but also action to strengthen our society.'"
