Every time I play half-life (1,2, ep1/2) I wonder what a movie would be like, and hope that they'd have gamer references in it, like, gordon shooting his pistol while drinking a mountain dew, or eating cheezies. Of course if they made a movie he'd better not talk, cause there could be some great moments of awkward silences

Favourite Valve game would be definitely Portal. Although it's short and rather low in graphics "wow factor", it's still a great game to play and to puzzle you up.

Best valve game is most definetly halflife. It opened my eyes because of having a real plot(in fps) and scripted events. It still has a special place in my hard.

Half Life 2....greatest Valve game ever IMHO!

My Nvidia MX400 Blew up while trying to play HL2 when it first came out......so I think you should pity me and let me win!!!!!

Despite technological advances, it has to be Half-Life. The immersion of that game grabbed me the whole game through.

I will have to stick with Half Life. It was probably the first FPS I played that kept my attention for the story, not just killing s***. Not to mention it spawned one of my worst gaming addictions in history....Counter-Strike.

Just orderd 2 HD3850's becuase I was tired of my HD2900XT

.

Now that i wait on my orded i'm on a X1300Pro, just considence that i always used ATI cards...

The best experience for me was when i got HL2 with my X1300Pro, damn that grafx where so good. I played i think, 3 days on a row with several friends @home with LAN.
Just love the take a closet with the gravitygun and shoot my friend with it splatterd against a wall. And then the most fun part was that he was so angry on me that he throwed with his keyboard like hell ...

.

When i bought my HD2900XT, there was the game DoD, man i got owned there.
Sniper level FTW, but once i got used to it i was 1 off the most feared sniper's from the game

.

Now, it would be great if i could get this HD3870, then i would cancel my 3850's and play on this baby

.

I think Portal is my favourite to date. Not only an awesome game, but it's started a couple of the most entertaining internet memes in a while. (And the song by Jonathan Coulton is just, for lack of a better description, icing on the cake. Which is probably a lie.)

I have a 1.7Ghz P4 computer and only game that is running with no lags is CS 1.6, thats why its my favourite.
If ill get the videocard i will buy a new pc and play other Valve games that i always wanted to, like Half Life 2. Its like my little dream to have one of those gaming rigs and one of most important parts in PC is to have good videocard, i hope that one day i will have one...
