Global Competition for Online Gamers Culminates with Showdown in Orlando, Florida,
Where Champ Will Win Coveted Floor Tickets to WrestleMania 24

Agoura Hills, Calif. – December 6, 2007 – Leading worldwide video game developer and publisher, THQ Inc., announced today that online registration for the WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 International Tournament will begin on December 8, 2007. Online gamers across the globe will battle in a virtual ring for the ultimate prize of two highly coveted floor tickets to WrestleMania 24, which will take place on March 30, 2008 in Orlando.

Major League Gaming will produce, host and operate WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2008 qualifier tournaments beginning in January 2008 in three regions, including North America, the UK and Continental Europe. The competition will continue throughout February 2008, with the four top players in each region moving on to participate in regional finals in early March. Two finalists from North America, along with a finalist from the UK and a finalist from Continental Europe, will then battle head-to-head at the grand finale, scheduled to take place during the 6th Annual THQ Superstar Challenge on March 27, 2008 at the House of Blues Orlando.
