'Bioshock 2 (ALL) Artwork Revealed?

While there probably wont be any game specific details regarding Bioshock 2 revealed for quite some time, there hasn't even been any official announcement that there will be a sequel, artist Ben Mauro has made a few concept drawings for a proposed sequel, as part of his architecture 2 course. Whether these are official or merely fan-made is not clear at this point.
