Company Tries to Trademark "PWNAGE"

In the strangest trademark application I've seen since Fark tried to trademark "NSFW" (yes, I realize that wasn't that long ago) , Futuremark Corporation, best known for benchmarking software, is trying to trademark "PWNAGE."

The trademark application, filed Feb. 26th, covers things from computer games to mobile phone cases to movies.

My god...they are onto my little retirement plan, here I was all set to patent 'breathing' and then I was going to sue every living thing! Literally!

Let's face it, it beats the hell out of actually doing or making anything worthwhile...I'll just find an excuse to sue someone succesful and then buy an island...
