The GSC Game World Forums lead the way a new patches for STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl, updating the irradiated first-person shooter to version 1.0006. Save games from version 1.0005 will continue to work after applying the patch, as this is another update targeted at multiplayer play. There is a worldwide patch and a US patch, the US edition is mirrored on FileFront, Gamer's Hell, and The Patches Scrolls; while the worldwide patch is mirrored on FileFront, Gamer's Hell, and The Patches Scrolls. Additionally, there's a new patch for the Russian edition on the Russian S.T.A.L.K.E.R. page, which is mirrored on FileFront, Gamer's Hell, and The Patches Scrolls.
