PlayStation 3 gamers who have been waiting for the Call of Duty 4 patch need wait no more as it's finally available to download. Next time you load the game on your PlayStation 3 the patch will automatically download and install.

Specifics of the patch are very similar to the update the Xbox 360 game received recently, with the main changes being the new Kill cams and optimised servers.
