Updates to Audiosurf have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The specific changes include:

Preloading runs without focus
Made several textures moddable
Texture memory management improvements
Added Radio Browser web links
Fixed missing Radio song names on first viewing
