The Battlefield Franchise Website has a mini-Q&A about the upcoming version 1.50 patch for Battlefield 2142 (thanks Ant and Planet Battlefield). The update describes the new content that patch will include such as a no vehicle option, widescreen monitor support, and a couple of maps that resume World War II battles 100 years later. Word is: "Update 1.50 will be released for public beta in the not too distant future and is there to get your feedback as well as run checks on server stability."
