Nintendo of America Inc. was ordered to pay a small East Texas gaming company $21 million Wednesday for infringing on a patent while designing controllers for its popular Wii and GameCube systems.

Happens way to often. Seems people just put a patent on everything and go after anyone who even just thinks about using it.

The only way someone and earn money in the US now a days is to bring them to court lol.
