Crysis Developer Puts Piracy Ratio At 1:20
A new interview with Crytek CEO Cevat Yeri, has seen the Crysis developer suggest that the ratio of legal to illegal copies of key PC titles could be as high as 1 to 20, as he discussed the past and future of the franchise.

I'm not sure that's really warranted. It's difficult for software developers to look at large-scale piracy of their products, people are essentially saying "Your product is good enough for me to use, but I'm not going to pay for it."

After getting shafted in Crysis I don't doubt that many customers will rather choose to pirate Crytek's next game.
