Kaos Studios Community Forum announces that a beta version of the promised PC demo for Frontlines: Fuel of War has been "leaked," but that the release is also "legit," suggesting the word "leaked" does not mean what they think it means. Official word from Kaos is: "Just understand, this may not be the final version of the demo so you may have to uninstall and reinstall when we release it. All we ask if you do install the demo beta is that you post your feedback here." The download can be found on AtomicGamer, ComputerGames.ro, FileFront, FileShack, and Gamer's Hell.

Just tried it and it didn't knock my socks off

-1.8 GB download, 2.2GB installed
-overwrites current Physx driver with old version
-single player mode deactivated
-only DX9 render path
-couldn't select screen size above 1024x768

The game is only just above average imo,and i have the full game (Steam).. Bargain Bin Game.In reality this is one game i wished i saved my cash.

Besides it is juast a Beta stage demo.In honesty it was pointless to release it..

I have the Xbox 360 version that I got for free and I findvery fun to play. Not perfect, not by a long shot, but very good. I don't know how the PC version is, but you might want to try the game under Hard difficulty setting that for me changes the game a lot.
