All most identical... looks as though its just the HDD space is different.. Crysis requires 12GB.

MNB4800 is on a distinguished road
What I read around the web is that they switched the graphics settings. So Medium in Crysis becomes high in Warhead, with slight modifications.
Until now I yet have to find any real engine optimizations but I fail to find any. My thought is that they really aren't planning to do any significant changes in terms of performance and relying on that people have upgrade to better hardware.
You will know that they did real optimization when they start bragging about it with charts and stuff
