Kotaku points out a listing on Amazon.com for Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor for Windows XP and Vista, which offers no details, but carries a $29.99 price tag and a March 1, 2009 release date. This may well be a second expansion for Relic's World War II RTS game, but that is conjecture at this point, so feel free to come up with your own speculation.
