Will 'Spore' be the greatest game of all time?

With the upcoming release of Spore making just about every gamer's mouth water, I couldn't help but wonder if the game will be the greatest of all time.

Yes.

But then it will get boring. Much like The Sims, and everyone will go back to TF2, as it's already the greatest game ever.

No, if it was I would want to play it. Spore doesn't interest me at all. Sounds like Sims with a microscope

Not sure about that, we'll have to see how it plays. I'm looking forward to it personally, as it will be nice to play something different that the usual FPS/RPG games that arrive in droves. The game certainly does look unique.

It could certainly be one of the best selling games. The creature creator alone sold a huge amount of copies. Hell, my eight year old daughter is extremely excited over it. This is the first time she's wanted a PC game, really anything outside the Zelda universe. I think that says something.

Certainly doesn't excite me, but I know several people whose kids are really into the creature creator ...
