A sequel to Techland's spaghetti western shooter Call of Juarez (PC, 360) will be released for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 later this year, publisher Ubisoft has revealed.

Titled Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood, the game takes place before the original, with Techland once again developing. Locations vary from "a ravaged Civil War-era George to the Aztec ruins of Mexico," with Ubisoft promising "the wildest West ever depicted."

The announcement also specified that players can "embody both McCall brothers" during the game, suggesting cooperative multiplayer. The original, which hit PC in 2006 and Xbox 360 in 2007, featured both competitive and cooperative multiuplayer modes.

C of J is not the most outstanding game in the FPS Genre,but is quite fun and above average imo...

Just a little on the short side too.

I thought COJ was fantastic and highly underrated, I never even played it on DX10 (which looks fantastic). Count me in for the prequel.
