New Diablo 3 Screenshots: Here's Your UI

A few new screenshots of Diablo 3's user interface accompanied Blizzard's latest BlizzCast. Still no word on a release date for D3, but the shots are mighty tempting. I'm already thinking about customization--a chipped sapphire here, a hydra rune there...

The skill system looks like it's directly from WoW (which I rather enjoy, so hats off). Can't wait for this game, btw.

looks like the skill tree is mainly is to me, probably will still keep the hack and slash aspect it has.

lol max resolution 1024x768...

i know WoW works very well at 3840x2400 & 5120x2400 (i've a screenshot of the first laying around here somewhere.)

ive never played wow, but if what u r saying is tru then wow sounds like it has a lot of its roots in diablo. wich makes sense.

WoW has its roots in its original RTS. Ive always thought it looked rather like they just changed the camera angle and only made it so you could control 1 man instead of a whole army.

Either way, products are bound to look similar regardless of who makes em.

Yeah, thats what I meant. Be tough to tell anything about the actual skills and gameplay from a screenshot, lol. I'm sure its Diablo, through-and-through. Blizzard doesn't really make bad games, so I'm sure they won't disappoint.
