Wii sales show first sign of weakness

Nintendo’s Wii games console is showing its first signs of weakness with Japanese sales in March falling below those of rival Sony’s PlayStation 3.

lack of games... everyones bought what they really need off of it..

there are more arcade games on xbox360 then games on the wii... and they are NEW.... not reformated for wii previous console port overs

From what I've read, (local) PS3 sales spiked because of two new titles that captured top two spots among the best selling games in Japan last month, Ryu Ga Gotoku 3 (Yakuza 3) and Biohazard 5 (Resident Evil 5). Still, good news for Sony.

still... considering the number of PS3s out there vs Wii...... Sony has a LONG way to go.
