The first part of my interview with Stardock CEO Brad Wardell covered his company's upcoming strategy game Elemental, but it wasn't long before the conversation turned toward topics of a more general PC gaming-nature.
What does the Sins of a Solar Empire developer think about the long-term viability of PC strategy games? Do PC sales charts actually matter? Why isn't Microsoft doing more to help the platform? And who buys PC games these days, anyway? All of these questions--and more!--are answered below

Nice interview indeed , recommended to read guys .

Good interview, but he should really stop talking about DRM and directly or indirectly accusing EA or other companies about DRM.
For two reasons, first is, they now sell EA games WITH securom AND Impulse. Hypocritical anyone?
Second, Impulse is DRM, you need to install it to install the game or to even patch the game. It does online activation. It's like Securom with activation only without limits on activations, something that is being done with Securom too if the game publisher wants it that way.
So, seriously, Stardock, shut up about the DRM and just do your business.

PS. any ETA on GalCiv 3?
