Champions Online Free Next Weekend

The Champions Online Website announces next weekend is "Blood Moon Weekend," where everyone can check out the superhero MMORPG for free and see the content of their Blood Moon expansion. Word is: "The free promotional weekend will run from 10:00 a.m. October 30th until 10:00 a.m. November 2nd (Pacific), but all our subscribers will be able to enjoy the Blood Moon content starting October 27th.

I've been dying to try this game, and was annoyed that there's no trial. Hopefully I won't be too busy next weekend or forget to play, like happened with a recent City of Heroes account reactivation.

I probably won't subscribe now, because D&D Online is enough to fill what little gaming time I have, but who knows, maybe it's compelling enough. (Not that I think a single weekend will be enough to get a real feel for the game.)
