Pandemic Studios is to be closed by EA today, according to reports.

Sources close to the studio have told Kotaku that almost all of Pandemic's 200 staff are to be laid off today and the studio closed. Some staff will apparently be incorporated into other EA development teams and Pandemic IPs, included The Saboteur, will be passed onto EA's Montreal studio.

Update: "It's official, pandemic is shut down as of today," reads a tweet from Pandemic's Drew Marlower. Thankfully it looks like we are getting decent severance."
