PixelJunk Shooter delay due to Final Fantasy XIII

PixelJunk Shooter recently went gold. However, the Playstation Network game for the Playstation 3 won’t be released in Japan until December 24th. According to Dylan Cuthbert of Q-Games, the developer of PixelJunk Shooter, the slight delay in Japan was caused by Final Fantasy XIII. Here is what he wrote on his personal Twitter page:
Yes, the Japanese release date is delayed a bit so as not to collide with the Final Fantasy steamroller!
He later added the following:
noone in Japan will be switching on their PS3s before FF is released !
