Star Wars: Old Republic game update 1.1 goes live

BioWare's announced the first game update for Star Wars: The Old Republic has gone live.

Yes, sure has. It bought some significant issues with the major one being a problem on the planet Ilum (lvl 50 PvP planet) resulting in excessive 'farming' by one faction or the other. This has been fixed and they are looking at taking action against those that 'exploited' it as it was quite clear it wasn't as intended.

I have just hit level 50 on my first character, enjoying it so far but it does need some work and tweaks in my opinion. Faction imbalance in PvP is a significant problem for alot of people at the moment, it seems heavily weighted in favour of the Imperials.
