Mass Effect 3 Demo Early Access

The Mass Effect Website now offers the promised early access to the playable demo for Mass Effect 3, BioWare's upcoming action/RPG sequel. Here's word:

The demo for 2012's most anticipated game is here! Experience two spectacular levels from the single-player campaign, along with intense four player co-op multiplayer matches. The multiplayer section of the Mass Effect 3 demo will feature an early access period running from February 14 to February 17.

Early multiplayer access has been granted to players who have activated their Battlefield 3 online pass. Visit this page and log in with your EA Origin account (this is the same as your BioWare Social account) to see if you currently have early access.

I liked the demo, especially the story parts and voice acting which seems to be as impressive as ever. The action was very much Gears of War -like, just as I think many had expected it to be. Not too boring but I'll probably tune down the difficulty a step to get fights done faster while playing the full game. Especially if there's no way to change the default camera angle/fov that had me getting motion sick whenever trying to move around more than a little while in combat mode. That factor started to get me bored with the fights already in this demo. Better stock up on range guns and powers to limit having to move up to the enemy.

Not much more than glimpses in the demos character creation and dialogue choices, but the story seems top notch. There was no interaction between crew members, but I'm sure that's much similar to the previous game in and around the main ship.

Damn.., I can't stop wishing for another SW:KotOR game instead.

all i can do is complete the task i started..

Finished playing through the FIRST game with a super 100% completition and 0 renegade with max paragon... all members alive and everyone i could save.. saved...

Imported and running through mass effect 2 with as little renegade as possible (as unfortunately there are parts that regardless of your choice, cannot avoid getting renegade which kinda sucks.. but whatever)

Ah yes.... some good ol grunt, samara, myself vs a thresher maw.... Kinda cheap way to kill a thresher maw as even without grunt or samara, i could likely do it in 2 minutes. Gaud i love samara's loyalty biotic skill, it's totally overpowered.
