Space Siege (PC) Review @ GH

Gas Powered Games are following up their success with Dungeon Siege by releasing a space fared romp aptly titled Space Siege. While the title naming convention is hardly awe-inspiring there is hope that the new title will recapture some of the excitement most of us remember with the original hack 'n slash.

Interesting, I never expected for GPG to make this game even more linear and "light" than Dungeon Siege.
The controls sound awful for a game set in the future.
I expected a lower final score after reading the review, perhaps 60ish.

Bad controls, linear gameplay, bad AI. You just saved me some money, thanks.

Yeah i asked him about the scoring and he said "its actually quite enjoyable to play, even knowing all the faults". then again he gets them for free so its different, I see it on steam at the minute right now for $50 so its hard to recommend at that price, perhaps when it drops to $25-30 it would be an interesting diversion.

I can understand what he means, but he makes some very good points in the review, definitely not worth $50, to me.

It's a shame, I would love a good sci fi RPG.
