The title of the game conjours up images of those macho magazine subscriptions that come with a hardback folder as a free gift with issue one. As such expect a dry, technical tank based simulation with loads and loads of information for military enthusiasts and a technically accurate control system that requires reading a five hundred page manual, right?

I came into this thread because I heard of a few people talking about World Of Tanks but I immediately hit YouTube to find out if Battle City was the same game I remember playing on the 31 in 1.

That was so much fun back in the day.

I remember a friend of mine had 101 in 1. He always had the best gaming stuff.

I can't say i'm actually too sure of what's captivating everyone about this game, Unless of course that desire to drive a tank around a battlefield randomly blowing people out of the field that we've all secretly got is encompassed by this MMO.
