What version of kX?
What sound card? Do you want to use ASIO or MME to send the signal to Guitar Rig? You should probably use ASIO. How is your guitar connected to the soundcard? I would recommend that you download and install the latest ProFX for which ever kX version you are using, as it simplifies things a lot (and read the available guides on the DSP and recording, etc). |

Settings (standalone): Soundcard: Select asio drivers, SR: 48000, Latency 2-5ms Routing (1:left / 2:right): Input --> 1: AnalogMix() / 2: AnalogMix() (or what ever it's called on kX) Output --> 1: Wave / 2: Wave (or what ever these ports are called on kX) MIDI: Set those options ON you are using. Select ASIO 0 and 1 as outputs and inputs in guitar rig. If line in 2/mic 2 is connected to something else, disconnect it, leave only ASIO 0/1 connected (That's why you're hearing the dry signal). |
