it is possible to pre-listening with the dj-program (tractor). If it functions, which I must adjust in the configuration of my soundcard or tractor?!?

With original Creative drivers you can use the other output pair (rear L/R) for headphones (prelisten) and the other (front L/R) for amplifier/speaker output.

On Traktor, you need to use drivers that allows you to choose output ports freely --> as for an example, on "External Mixer" -mode (Audio Setup-->Output Routing -->) there is a setting for "Out Preview" -channels.
