asio4all on top of kx drivers

There is a mention on asio4all site, that you can put it on top of the kx drivers which allows you to not be stuck with 48000khz, so basically from what it sounds like you could essentially get 24bit/96000khz using both of them together. Does anybody know how this works or how to get it working? I tried it in traktor dj and yes I could select different rates but the tracks wouldn't even start playing let alone put out sound, any ideas?
