WinXP Blue Screen fault by kx.sys

Today I recieve a WinXP Blue Screen fault by kx.sys again with my newly setuped WinXP SP2.

This time I record the message on Blue Screen fault page.

STOP: 0x000000D3 (0XF7C9DE58,0x00000002,0x0000000,0x804DB447)

Anyone knows why I sometimes get this fault by the upper message?

I have an A2ZS and install kx 3538j driver on it.

Where you adjusting (or muting) the volume at the time, using the Windows Mixer or mulitmedia keyboard buttons? If so, it is a known issue (see the related threads in the Bug forum), but there is no fix for it as of yet (has never happened to me though). In any case, you may want to disable any unneeded kX options (i.e. Remote IR, Mutlitmedia Keyboard, and Volume OSD notifications (they should not be needed anyway, as you MM keyboard driver should handle this stuff), and see if that helps.
