Problem with back central speaker

Hi everybody..
I have a SB0244 and a surround system 6.1.
As the object I have a problem with the back central speaker.
When I do the speaker test, all speakers answer correctly but when I want listen an mp3 the back central speaker dosn't work (no output from this).
I have tried everything.... I have changed also, under effects->surrounder+, to 6.1.
How I could fix this?

N.B: I noticed when i do the speaker test, that the output level of back central speaker is adjustable in kXMixer, under "Ins 'n' Out"->"12S 2".
