New problem with stereo headset
Minor, maybe easily fixed, but my lack of experience doesn't help in this situation.
Basically, if I attempt to pan all of the sound to my left ear on my headset, I do infact pan to the left channel, but the sound is played in both speakers. Same goes for the right. I can pan, but can't get the sound to play in the accompanying speaker only. Anyone know a simple fix/plugin that would allow this? I know for a fact it used to work, I have sennheiser pc150's, and I don't know what happened. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

your question isnt very clear... are you asking if a PAN plugin exists??
Or are you asking is a plugin exists that will cause panning errors in your headphones?? Answers: Yes - Basic/Pan AND Yes - reverb and chorus can cause sounds to still be present in the 'muted' channel AFTER panning - but depends WHERE the panning happens - before or after such effects. For instance feeding a LEFT ONLY signal to reverb lite will output sound in all outputs. |

Basically both outputs are doing as said:
if I pan to left, say, in winamp, both speakers play the left channel, rather than previously panning to only my left speaker, and left channel. (I'm asking this because playing games is rather difficult when things that happen on the left side of you, are heard in both speakers) |
