PV16 and 24/96 sound

I have been trying all day to get the PV16 to work-if that's how you say it. Can somebody explain exactly how you use this device and how you go about setting it up. thank you

I really do not know much about it but, maybe it is a compatibility issue?

Yeah I figured that out after talking to Maddogg6. My card only became compatible with version 3538 so it is probably one of the non compatible models. If anybody knows any different I would appreciate the info and how to get it working..it' not a big deal though...thx for the info..
