HI...I'm new here and i got new soundcard
i had some problems with my orginal creative Audigy drivers...and i have decided to install everything from a scratch... What do you suggest me...are KX drivers better then the Creative's by effects and stability... i have mainly this card to use for home recording (guitar and voice by N-track, and CUBASE)... thanks

Well ... generally, I would say kx for music (faster and more possibilities) and Creative for games (EAX and shit), so to me it sounds like you should go for kx. On the other hand though, kx does need some more fiddling and finetuning than Creative, especially if you want to take full advantage of all the features.
If you're up for the challenge of learning the ways of these wonderfull drivers, I'd suggest kx. If you hate having to read and learn, I say you stick with the slower but easy-to-use creative drivers. good luck! =) |
