nforce2<kt400 on kXasio?

Hello.
It's very uncool.. i changed my MOBO from biostar m7vit bravo to asus a7n8x.
i thought that nforce2 IS faster (and almost everywhere that's true).
But not everywhere.
Also one week before that change i added second disk (samsung sp2514n 250gb) and that disk is now for my system, before systemdisk was seagate barracuda 40gb.
I have also 512mb ram, amd duron1,8ghz, sb0220 (live 5.1 digital), two ethernets (one onboard, before change and after also).
I tweaked a bit RAM in bios, on everest it's about 150mb/s faster.
Almost happy..
I like to play in MixVibes5. Before mobo change i got on this soft 17.41ms on format 16bit/44khz (16+0) and sync: default. And underruns by soft was only matter on loading, i found in mv5 option: 'load in memory' - i think it converts mp3 to wav and loads it in ram. It was veeeery stable, simply - no underruns.

After change i reinstalled my sys (winxp+sp2) and almost everything is the same as before (only drivers for mobo are different). And so.. on same ASIO settings MV can play ca. 15min without underruns. And after that sound cuts and skips sometimes, it's almost occasional WHEN sound will skip. Almost - but most time it skips when i go to exploring for search new mp3, and when mp3 is loading to ram (a little progress bar is showing).. I don't know why, it looks like problem with too slow ram or too slow disk, but disk is OK (noticed before change mobo). And i don't think ram is too slow - on everest it's faster and for e.g. traktor dj studio3 dosen't have any skips.
Yah i know it's odd problem and it's very hard to notice those skips.. it's very occasional.
So someone knows what's wrong with a7n8x and ASIO? I read somewhere about problems with APIC, i have in enabled in bios but dunno if it could be a source of problem.

Well i read something on this forum, i removed nvidia ide driver. It dosen't change anything.
But now i hear that also on winamp sound skips and cracks sometimes.
Maybe someone knows.. maybe should i disable APIC in bios and install xp once again?
Please help.
