machine keeps rebooting, HELP

im not 100% sure if its the kX. theoreticaly it could be anything else... this is from what i relate the problem to kX

- no problems till i installed .30
- machine has rebooted (that doesnt mean it reboots everytime) on: 1. cubaseSX start, 2. reaktor start, 3. winamp start(play?), 4. cubaseSX + reaktor RUNNING and PLAYING, 5. cubaseSX + reaktor RUNNING and PLAYING but i was tweaking the dsp in kX controls, 6. just tweaking the kX DSP screen, 7. starting quicktime.
- things got massively wrong after one reboot and one (im not sure about the other one) of my sbLive cards was left unfunctional (just some noise, not white noise, much lower bit-depth!)
- after i reinstalled the 29 everything seemed ok but the problem returned.

now im back on 30 and i removed one of my cards from the system but still the same thing happens on similar situations (obviously events that has to do with sound playing).

i really dont know what to do... HELP anybody.
