Pinguin Audio Meter with kX
When my kX settings are set to default, Pinguin Audio Meter is working fine.. But when i set it on picture below, and that is my common settings for Nuendo work, Pinguin meter shows nothing

I do not know much about Pinguin, but it appears to capture audio use the MME driver and not ASIO. What you need to do is to connect which-ever source you want to monitor (in Pinguin) to the 'WinMM Recording' input of k2lt.
