Help with Front Bay

Hi to all.....there is anyone that knows how to build a front bay similar the live drive????
I'd like to have analog input on the front of the pc.............thanks to all!!!!

I made a simple front panel to allow me to plug my guitar straight in without fiddling round the back of the machine. Mount a couple of jack sockets on a spare 5 1/4" blanking plate. Then using a cd rom to soundcard cable, cut off one of the ends solder the signal wires to the tip connectors of the jacks red to one white to the other. Solder the earth (black) to both sockets, earth is common. I usually connect this to the aux in on the card and change the ac97 page input to aux.
