kx is great but...

i am experiencing some troubles with my old cubase projects, since they were made at a 44.100Hz sample rate, and now the clock is automatically set at 48.000Hz... evidently they cant play properly !
what should i do about this? i cant see myself going back to those lame creative drivers....

thank you by advance

PS : excuse my bad english, but i hope i made myself (almost) clear

The only workarounds available are either convert all your files from 44.1 to 48khz or use the ASIO MULTIMEDIA DRIVERS instead of KX ASIO drivers when playing or editing those songs.

you'll have to resample the audio files to 48khz, using a wave editor i'm afraid.
you may be able to find a program which does a batch of files all at once.

i forgot to ask if i will encouter any problem with the timeline or whatever once these files will be converted? (because this is what is going on at the moment)
And also, since the 48.000hz format doesnt seem to be the standard (i may be wrong lol), will it play properly on other setups (another computer with a different soundcard etc...)

THANX FOR ALL

Not that bad

Not really that bad if you have a batch converter.

Took me all of about 10 mins to do all my old songs.

Try this one.... comes with the APS. Apparently you can get 'better' algorythms but it's still better than most I've tried (and dosen't take an hour to do one file).
