Line In Volume jumps always to max

Hi
I have a problem
The Line In at the Win mixer jumps always on max volume when I open a window or the win mixer or any program.
If this happen the Master Record Volume and the AC 97 Line In jumps on max volume too.
Then I get a terrible sound of the microphone. So i have to deactivate my microphone at the moment.
plz help, i can't fix this.
