Driver Stability

I just purchased Vista and I'm facing a dilemma. At this point I am trying to choose which drivers will provide the most stability and best performance all around (including 3D upmixing stereo tracks, decent sound in games, 5.1 surround in DVD's). Unfortunately, it seems that Creatives own drivers shun most of this fuctionality, and at this point I'm wondering if I'd be better off using the Kx Drivers. What do you guys think? If I primarily play games, listen to music and watch DVD's would I be better off using Kx or Creative's drivers? Are the KX drivers stable enough in Vista?

P.S., I'm running an Audigy 2 Value

ok best advice would be to read the other kX/vista threads in the forums here for other user's experience, but from memory, most aspects of kX seem stable enough
