Hello. I'm new to this forum.
I have serious problems working with cubase sx, and kx drivers seem to be my only chance... I got too many "pops" and "clicks" when playing audio tracks in cubase sx (when I playback audio tracks, my hard disk works like crazy). I've tested many solutions (including reducing buffer size in control panel) but nothing has worked so far. I've already installed creative drivers so I guess I'll have to de-install them (?). Plus, I need to know how to optimize kx drivers in order to work with cubase sx. NOTE : Previously (in win98) I used cubasis vst 3.7, and to solve this problem, I simply used a parameter called "disk cache mode". When using mode 3, all the "glitches" in audio dissapeared. I don't see this option in SX. My specs: Win XP Pro. PIII 933Mhz. 512 RAM. SBLive! Platinum 5.1. Cubase sx Thanks in advance.
