No Sound in Cakewalk 9 with kX-driver

OS: W-XP-pro; soundcard Creative SB Live! Pentium4, 2.4 GHz, mem. 512MB
Cakewalk Pro Audio 9

After installing the kX 10k1 Audio driver, I do not get any sound from the speakers by playback a Cakewalk file.
In Cakewalk I can change the Midi Devices (menu: Option > MidiDevices ... Input and Output)
When I turn one of the kXoptions (kXControl CT4820; kXSynt...; kXSynt2...; kXUart...) to the upper line of the MidiOut-pane, no option will produce any sound from my speakers.
When I choose Output-device the Microsoft GS Wavetabel-software, I get sound, but with an not-accetable delay (time difference when timeline hit note and sound is audible from speakers).

Who knows to solve this problem???

no soundfonts loaded - no sound... go to "kx soundfont" and upload something...
