KX Install for AUdigy LS on XP SP2.0 FAILS

I really need help. I HAVE to use KX, but cant get it installed. DL the latest version.

-i click install
-Setup wants to know the location of a vst-thing, i should skip if no vst is installed
-i skip
-next window tells me, that install was succesful-after 0,001 second ! Theres no activity on my harddisc while "installing"

Guys, i really need to use this f.... KX !! Thank you so much.

The best thing would be a DETAILED install guide - at the moment, im following http://kxproject.lugosoft.com/xp.php?language=en

I know found the 38m-Version. At least this one starts to install for real but tells me my hardware is not supported.

Sorry, but the Audigy LS is not supported by any version of kX.
