Directx "Hardware Mixing"
Hi,
I would like to know if "Hardware Mixing" is still screw up in Winxp Win2000 ? Because when I use "Hardware Mixing" in Winamp 2.9 without any plug-in it still crash the thread. I have to manualy "End Task" on Winamp. Any solution aside since the latest "Creative Large Driver" don't exihbit the same problem. Thank You Jean |

It works here in all possible combinations:
1) Win2k SP3 DX9 2) WinXP SP1 DX9 3) Win2k3 DX9 and possibly some others, but I have tried these three (with kX drivers, I don't know about Creative ones).

DX Hardware Mixing
Hello!
I had exactly the same problem + BIG clicks during playback with KX & Winamp and it solved when deactivating HW Mixing. May I ask what is Hardware Mixing? |
