Vista sound stuttering

Hello,

this is my first post here and not a bug report, so I'm posting this in General Discussion.
I recently installed Windows Vista and was plagued by sound stuttering.
The stuttering occured when Aero was doing complex effects that probably use the AGP bus a bit more.
My fix for this was lowering the AGP cards latency from 255 to 64 / 128.
I've done this on my AGP card with the help of ATITool because the PCI Latency Tool doesn't seem to work on Vista.
