Problems - using Kontakt 2 with asio 48ooo sample rate
Sorry,
I have installed 3539 with an sb live, audigy and audigy 2 zs.
When I am using kontakt 2, kontakt is not able to use the asio driver with
48ooo sample rate.
Kontakt only runs with sample rate 44ooo - with a lot of clicks etc..
Has anybody an idea.

System Specs

update kontakt so it supports 48k, or use ASIO4ALL which will allow you to use it at 44.1k

I will try it out.
I updated kontakt to the newst version - but it is the same.
With the creative driver kontakt work at 48k.
Maybe something must be changed in regedit.

do other asio apps exhibit the same problem, also have you tried increasing the latency?

increasing the latency - yes, but it is the same!

that's pretty strange imo, i'm assuming the samples you're using are 44.1, have you tried using any 48khz samples?

Hi dj stick,
I have tried using samples at 48khz, but it is the same!
I have also asked nativeinstruments, but they did not answer until now.
With MME or directsound kontakt work at 48khz.

Try start Kontakt standalone,change out to DX,samplerate - 48000.Close .Start again, switch to ASIO.

NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
kX 10k1 Audio (3539) - Model CT4760
kX 10k2 Audio (3539) - Model SB0090
kX 10k2 Audio (3539) - Model SB0350
Creative SBLive!-Gameport
kX 10k2 Audio - Game Port
kX 10k2 Audio - Game Port
XP/2002 Professional (Service Pack 2).

Kontakt works in asio mode with ASIO4ALL but not with kx 3539.

Hi Kuh,

I have tried to start Kontakt standalone,changed out to DX samplerate - 48000,closed, started again and switched to ASIO.
It doesen´t match.

Hi all,

Kontakt 2 works as plugin in SX and in Savi Host with KX 3539
at samplerat 48ooo,
but it doesent work with kx 3539 at samplerat 48ooo.
Kontakt works also with ASIO4ALL at 48ooo sample rate stand alone,
but with kx 3539 only at samplerate 44100 stand alone.
