3532 RC2 Rocks my world!

Heya,

Just wanted you guys to know that 3532 RC2 is one heck of an excellent release. Fixed that double icon bug on Reset Global Settings, sfman error Box, but mostly the EnableBalloonTooltip "hack" now works correctly. Thanks a million, yes, it was _that_ important to me

Hourra to Eugene and the team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Will be reporting ( in detailed reports as usual

) any anomalie i find.
